Pharmacy Weight Loss Stratford-upon-Avon is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating in England. Our GPhC registration number is 9012511. We provide clinically supervised weight loss services, including the supply of prescription and non-prescription medicines, to patients in Stratford-upon-Avon and across the UK.

We reserve the right to decline any application if we believe the service is unsuitable or unsafe for the applicant. Weight loss medicines will only be supplied where clinically appropriate based on your BMI, medical history, and other relevant factors.
All prescription medicines are issued following an online clinical assessment reviewed and approved by a GPhC-registered pharmacist or a qualified prescriber. No prescription will be issued automatically. Our clinical team has the right to decline, modify, or request further information before issuing any prescription.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only within the UK. You must not share, sell, or transfer any prescription or medicine to another person. Providing false or misleading information during your consultation may result in immediate termination of your account and could constitute a criminal offence.
Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed include VAT where applicable and are subject to change without prior notice. You will always be shown the total cost before confirming your order.
We do not store full card details on our servers. Payment processing is handled by a PCI-DSS-compliant third-party provider.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary depending on courier performance and circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
Medicines are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel if a signature is required. We cannot be held responsible for medicines stored incorrectly after delivery.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been issued and the order dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medicines, in line with UK pharmacy regulations.
If your order is declined by our clinical team, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days. Non-prescription products may be returned in unopened, undamaged condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding postage costs.
